Please call between 14:00 and 18:00 to enquire about your test results as our reception staff will have more time to deal with your request between these times.
Did you know you can also view your test results via our online platform if you have access to your medical record. Speak to the Reception team if you would like access to this.
It is the patient’s responsibility to check on the result of any test organised by the doctor by telephoning reception between 1400hrs and 1800hrs one week after the test unless told otherwise.
Please remember that your doctor may have requested several different tests on the same sample, in which case the results may take different times to process. Please try to be patient; if we get a result needing urgent attention we will contact you promptly, so do ensure we have your current correct contact details.
Note that the practice has a strict policy regarding confidentiality and data protection and we will only release test results to the person to whom they relate unless that person has given prior permission for the release of this data or they are not capable of understanding the results.
